  I am very shocked to read this review. I have been doing business with this company for over 25 years. I can say I have never had a problem. We have bought 5 ovens, mixer, former, display cases and refrigeration and never had a problem.They do all our service. I am sure you can work something out. These are very nice people to do business with.
